Octagon Shape Valet Tray Wood Mold

Everyone has made a square dump tray, but we were feeling spicy and made an Octagon tray mold! This puppy is 7.25 inches from flat to flat and .75 inches deep! Wet down some Veg-Tan for about 3 min., squeeze the snot out of it with either your press or 4 clamps, let it rest overnight in the mold and you will have a molded tray. Now for the cool part, place the tray back into the female mold, set it on your carving rock, case, and carve. Light it up with your laser and run some engrave passes or go crazy with your airbrush.

This molds combined size is 12x12x1.5″.  The valet trays molded size is 7.25×7.25″ and 0.75″ deep.
